Parts and Service Specialist - Keep Emergency Vehicles Mission-Ready!

Location: St. Paul, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay Range: $20-$30 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for ordering and coordinating parts for emergency vehicle repairs.
  • Prioritize urgent needs to keep the shop productive and efficient.
  • Source and manage inventory for service, customer orders, and stock.
  • Ensure accuracy through receiving, stocking, and cycle counting.
  • Support technicians with timely parts assistance and purchasing.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of parts or service experience (or 3 years in a related industry).
  • Shop, fleet, or service environment experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and moving frequently.
